Carlisle Inn Sarasota
Carlisle Inn Sarasota
Part of the Dutchman Hospitality Group, Carlisle Inn Sarasota is a new 100-room hotel nestled in the heart of Pinecraft, Sarasota’s Amish settlement. Dutchman Hospitality properties feature fine woodwork, country-style quilts and family-friendly, open community meeting spaces designed for fellowship. The upscale Sarasota hotel combines traditional Amish design and modern comforts in a welcoming atmosphere located next to the Amish dining landmark, Der Dutchman, and near Sarasota’s Siesta and Lido Key beaches.
The Challenge
BRANDED HOTEL FURNISHINGS AND SIGNS
For the grand opening of its new Sarasota hotel, Carlisle Inn Sarasota required onsite collaboration to select, design and install coordinated property signage and site furnishings suitable for the inn’s unique aesthetic.
The hospitality group sought a single supplier that could provide a uniform look across the property through customized, durable hotel furnishings in colors appropriate for their brand. They needed a hotel entrance sign, decorative and ornamental building elements, wayfinding , directional and informational signs for the parking lot, interior hotel signs, ADA signage, hotel room number signs, evacuation maps, towel valets, waste receptacles, recycling containers, bussing stations, and condiment stations.
The solution
BRANDED HOTEL FURNISHINGS AND SIGNS PROVIDED BY A SINGLE SUPPLIER
R3 was an especially convenient choice, due to our ability to design and manufacture unique hotel signage and furnishings for multiple areas, including poolside (towel returns) and food service (bussing stations, food service consoles, and condiment stations) as a single supplier providing comprehensive service.
Carlisle Inn Sarasota chose furnishings made from DuraLumber™, a durable recycled HDPE plastic material. It resists mold and mildew, staining, insects, and graffiti, creating an ideal choice for outdoor poolside towel returns and food service furnishings.
The Difference
TURNKEY SERVICE FROM DESIGN THROUGH INSTALLATION
R3 Site Furnishings representatives worked closely with the hotel’s designer to provide turn-key service from the design phase through final installation. This partnership required understanding and compliance with local building codes and ordinances, as well as coordination with the general contractor to ensure all inspection requirements were met.
